Our rosé wine is composed of 55% Grenache, 30% Cinsault and 15% Syrah.

Wine making process

It’s a dry wine, obtained after an assembly (rosé of bleeding/rosé) and a maceration in stainless tank with thermoregulation.

Alcoholic strength

13%.

Tasting note

In mouth, its fruity and its cherry dress confers a great harmony to him.

Combination note

To taste very fresh. The association of the put provencaux stuffed and other grills suit him to wonder.
